Active Stability Control

Make the narrow-aisle truck more efficient

In order to be able to utilize the potential of the narrow-aisle trucks, there are certain conditions that must be met. This applies, among other things, to floor surfaces that the truck must drive on. If the floor conditions do not meet the requirements, the performance is reduced.

In these situations, active stability control will make the narrow-aisle truck even more efficient. The system recognizes unevenness between the left and right side of the aisle, and automatically compensates for shocks and vibrations. This enables the truck to achieve maximum handling performance again.

How does it work?

Active Stability Control is based on a sensor-driven, electromechanical system. Rollers scan the floor in front of the truck's load wheels. If the system detects irregularities between the left and right sides of the aisle, the load wheels adjust very quickly, compensating for floor unevenness. This ensures the truck's stability during operation and reduces mast sway. Stabilizing the floor irregularities will make the operator feel stable and secure, even when working at heights.
